What does God’s grace mean to Christians

God’s grace means the privileged and opportunity that God give to man through Jesus Christ to die for sins and bridge the gap between God and man created by the sins of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. God’s grace means love that Jesus Christ has toward humanity to accept God will to suffer and die for the world. Therefore God’s grace means the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; grace came through Jesus Christ (1 cor1;4), it’s the gospel that everyone need and it must not be abuse ( Titus 2;11) (Acts 20;24)
Christians see God’s grace as the ability to do supernatural and extra ordinary thing. Grace is the unmerited favor given to humanity by God even without conscience of man. Again Christians  God’s grace as something that set man free from condemnations and power of sin so that we can live to please God. God’s grace is open and available to all man.  Nobody can be really great without God’s grace because grace couple the race of man therefore for you to succeed, you need God’s grace (Zechariah4;6)God’s grace makes ordinary to appear extra ordinary. In other words God’s grace is when things are well with you, it’s the God factor that all things around you working for your good

How a man can received and experience God’s grace

Repentance; is the process of forsake all your sinful acts then believe and submitted to the Lordship of the only begotten son of God ( Jesus Christ) who offer himself as a sacrifices for the world. Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: (Acts3;19)

Faith in the lord Jesus Christ; trust in the lord Jesus and fear Him through that you will gain wisdom to do exceedingly grate, depart from evil and fear no evil. The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil. (Proverb 19:23) Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded. (Proverb 13;13)

Humility; God love a man with humility, He honor him and grant his request quickly, By humility and the fear of the LORD Are riches and honor and life. (Proverb 22;4)

Obedient; follow the guiding commandment of the Lord Jesus, considered His rules and seeks His Lord face before taking any action. For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. (Psalm84;11)  (Deuteronomy 28:1)

Diligent; is the caring and persistence in carry out a task particularly in God’s vineyard. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. (Proverb 22;29)

Prayer; man only receive what he ask for because God respect choice so much, if you don’t ask you may not receive. Prayer is a means of communicating with God. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: (Matthew 7;7)

What does God's grace mean to Christians and the importance

1. Our calling is by God’s grace  (2timothy 1;9) Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. (1Conrithians 1;10)

2. Through grace our sin ware forgiving ( Rome 6;14) For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

3. The gospel is about God’s grace ( Acts 20;24) But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

4. We believed through God’s grace (Acts 14;3) Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

5. God’s grace brought eternal life (Titus 3;7) That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

6. We are what we are (abundance) by God grace (1Corinthians 15;10) But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

7. We serve God through His grace (Hebrew 12;28) Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

What happen to a man that received God’s grace? 

1. A man with God’s grace becomes clean from iniquity and received kingdom of God (Titus 3;7)

2. A man with God’s grace will be set free from bondage and have peace (Isaiah 5; 22-24)

3. A man with God’s grace will live forever with Jesus Christ (Rom 5; 15)

4. A man with God’s grace will always thirst for God move closer to God

5. A man with God’s grace will deliberately obey God (Romans 1;5)

6. A man with God’ grace gives will have power to perform signs and wonders (Acts 6; 8)

7. A man with God’s grace will possess and growing the fruits of the spirit in (Romans 12;6)(Ephesian 3;7)

8. A man with God’s grace will work hard in building the kingdom God and establish it on earth (Acts18;32)

9. A man with God’s grace will receives abundance for every good work (2Corinthians 9;8)

10. A man with God’s grace possess heart of appreciation (2corinthians 4; 15)

Example of people that received God’s grace in the bible

1. Abraham received God’s grace
2. Isaac, Jacob and Joseph received god’s grace
3. King Saul received God’s grace
4. King David received God’s grace
5. Paul the apostle received God’s grace
6. Modekaih and Esther also received God’s grace

Why do people/Christians abuse and reject God’s Grace

People reject God’s grace because of what God’s grace mean to them. There is a thought that says abuse is inevitable if the purpose / meaning is not well known. Therefore there is tendency of people misused or abuse the God’s grace over their life. Most of today Christians did not have any encounter or being broken before receiving the grace while sees God’s grace as something they qualify for or the result of their ability in do something and some sees God’s grace as something that cannot be exhausted or disappear. To be fact, God’s grace is like spirit or gas, it cannot be touch or seen with physical eyes but it can be fill, experience, exhausted or disappear if not manage properly  

How do people/Christians abuse and reject God’s grace

1.) Disobedience to God’s instruction
2.) Sees God’s grace as normal concurrency of the nature
3.) Inability to be sensitive to the thing of the spirit
4.) Ungrateful heart
5.) Proud
6.) Non gallant attitude

Conclusion

God's grace mean God love towards humanity, God’s grace is not something we are worthy of. Abusive of grace will make man to be in race without success because grace is the factor of God in the life of man. Grace is used more than 120th times in the New Testament of the bible. you can check it out
