LET THERE BE LIGHT GEN 1 VS 3
Light is the most
important thing God created while the work of creation was taking place in
genesis chapter 1 ff
The bible make us to
understand that before he could start creating, he said let there be light
before he actually commanded light, it was accounted that the whole earth was without
form, it means it was formless, it was void, it was shapeless and there was
thick darkness in the earth.
God knowing fully well
that the was formless, void, shapeless,
empty and still bring out good things decided to create light because without
the light he cannot start the work of creation relating to man.
Many here are experiencing
total darkness though physically they may not see the darkness but spiritually
they are in thick darkness.
A man who is yet to know god
is directly in darkness. Darkness doesn’t only refers to not knowing God or
been in sin.
It signifies problems,
hardship, sickness, failure, and so many other things.
A life that is experiencing
hardship, sickness, failure, barrenness needs light before all these can
vanish/ leave his /her life.
Before salvation, healing,
breakthrough, deliverance will take place in a man’s life there is a need for
presence of light.
Most life seeks for
breakthrough, reformation, healing, deliverance, but they don’t give way for
light to come in, many don’t know that there is nothing that could be done
without the presence of light.
If you want healing,
success, deliverance, prosperity, long life, if you want your life to have
meaning, you need to accept light into your life.
Now what does this light
signifies?. Is it the normal electricity light we see today, No, the true light
is Jesus- Jesus said ‘’ I am the way, the truth and the life’’ John 1vs9 says
‘’ that He was the truth light which lighteth every man that cometh in the
world’’. John 3vs19 says "This is the judgment that the Light has come
into the world’’. Now the light is Jesus.
The absent of light (Jesus)
in a man’s life will bring sickness, hardship, fear, failure, meaningless etc
Bet the presence of light in
a man’s life will bring healing deliverance, wealth peace of mind breakthrough
etc
As God couldn’t bring out
the good in the earth without light, so He would not be able to do anything in
a man’s life or bring out the good in the life of man without the presence of
light (JESUS) in the a man’s life.
If you want success, peace
of mind, breakthrough in your in all your endeavors, you must first accept the
lordship of light (JESUS) into your life. Jesus said I am the way, truth and
light, no man commeth to the father except through me.
When you surrender to the
lordship of the light which is JESUS, then God will command light into the
various aspect of your life that needs light as he said in genesis n1vs3 that
‘’LET NTHERE BE LIGHT’’ And there was light.
